Trauma can often cause an extreme feeling of sadness, hurt, and grief that can seem overwhelming and impossible to get beyond. It’s easy to feel like these feelings will never fade away and that life will never be the same again. 

However, knowing that there is a hope and promise of life ahead will help us find the courage and strength we need to overcome our trauma, and to ultimately step into our purpose. When we use our stories to gain insight and compassion, we will become better and more grounded individuals.

Regeline Sabbat also known as Gigi, is a first-generation Haitian American, Motivational Speaker, Best Selling Author, Life Coach, host of the Walk With Me Podcast on JRQTV, and Domestic Violence Advocate.
