When we’re constantly bombarded with images and messages that dictate what a “real woman” should look and act like, it’s no wonder so many of us feel like we’re not good enough. The world standard on women dictates that we must reach a certain stage at a certain age, and if we don’t fit that mold, it can be really tough to feel confident in ourselves. Often, we forget that we are valuable, no matter what stage we’re at in life— but we must remember that we innately are and we always will be.

When it comes to empowering women, there is no one better suited to the task than other women. We know that when we support each other, we are stronger and more powerful than we could ever be on our own. There are millions of women out there who are fighting the good fight and learning to love themselves for who they are, and they are more than willing and ready to provide you with the support that you need.

In this episode, Rachel interviews Francine Ayala, the founder of WEWLA/Women Empowering Women Living Authentically, an organization that supports women to be the best that they can be.

Listen in as Rachel and Francine talk about how society’s standards for women do not determine our worth, how self-doubt blocks our potential and what we can do about it, and how we know that we are walking in our power. They also discuss

the purpose of every pain, the significance of authenticity in building deeper connections, the importance of investing in ourselves, and the value we can get from taking action along with knowledge.
